A Classic and Simple Green and White Color Palette for a Timeless Wedding Day

The wedding ceremony area at Sherwood Oaks country club reminds me of something out of a Greek Palace with its incredible pillars and all white façade. When your wedding venue is this beautiful there’s no need to go overboard on decorations. Shauna and Brandon kept their wedding timeless and classic with simple green and white florals, hints of blue, and cute personal touches like wine cork place cards and DIY centerpieces.

A Princess Gown for a Beautiful Fairytale Bride

I love bridal photos so much and I was in total heaven capturing Shauna getting ready in the gorgeous bridal suite at Sherwood Country Club, an ideal spot for brides to get ready. She really stole the show in her incredible classic princess wedding gown. It just doesn’t get any more beautiful- her wedding dress really was part of a Cinderella inspired fairytale. As she walked down the aisle with her father Brandon struggled to hold back tears as he saw his wife and partner for the rest of his life walking towards him.

The Couple Did a “First Touch and The Bride did a “First Look with Dad

if you would like to exchange a gift, but not to see each other before the wedding, a first touch is a great way to go. How it works is you can either get blindfolded or close your eyes and place together back to back reach behind you and hold each other’s hands and share a few words of love before the ceremony and exchange a gift. You can read the letter or private vows, or just take a little private time together bef, the ceremony begins.

many brides love to do a first look with a loved parent, whether it be the father of a bride, or the mother of a bride or just somebody special to her. It’s such a beautiful moment to catch these two seeing each other, and the father of Bride, seeing his daughter and her wedding dress for the very first time. It’s definitely a moment where the tears will flow.
